Mussa Dankwah, Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics, has stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is winning the Ayawaso East by-election because the constituency is traditionally its stronghold.
According to him, the outcome is largely predictable given the party’s historical dominance in the area. He added that the situation might have been more tense and potentially chaotic if the contest were taking place in a swing constituency where political competition is typically more intense.
