Naa Atswei Nee-Okpey Urges NPP to Learn from Opposition Experience

The Head of Corporate Affairs at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Naa Atswei Nee-Okpey, has stated that former President John Dramani Mahama has demonstrated growth by learning from mistakes made while in opposition.

According to her, Mahama’s current leadership reflects lessons drawn from his time outside government, suggesting that political experience in opposition can serve as a period for reflection, improvement, and strategic repositioning.

Nee-Okpey emphasized that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) should also adopt a similar approach by learning from past challenges and strengthening its strategies moving forward.

Her comments come amid ongoing political discussions about leadership, governance, and the evolving dynamics within Ghana’s political landscape.
