Ghanaian actor and musician Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has revealed that a DNA test confirmed he is not the biological father of a child he had raised for nearly 10 years.
According to him, he decided to conduct the DNA test after people close to him repeatedly suggested the child did not resemble him. He also noted that the child displayed behaviours different from those of his other children, which increased his doubts.
Lil Win explained that after carrying out the test to be certain, the results showed he was not the child’s biological parent, bringing clarity to a situation he had questioned for some time.
The revelation has since sparked widespread public discussion about paternity, trust, and family relationships.
